Satellites Project

 

 

Satellites was an open air performance on the highwalks of Barbican created with a collaboration between Andy Field, Barbican and Guildhall School of Music and Drama.

 

Unfortunately by the poor weather with snow, we had to cancel the actual performance open for the public, but we still had performed for friends and family.

 

The performance was based on our own memories, from the past, present, and imaginations of the future. The public had a map to look after us. To make it easier, we were wearing a support with a light bulb over our heads.

You would find me skateboarding around, I call you to follow me, and I would turn a corner which was my stop to perform my Rap/story telling about my struggles in London and going back to Brazil after five years...
